Business intelligence is where data automation and strategy meet. In this video, I’ll show you how digitalizing a simple PDF contract can open up endless automation possibilities. Imagine having hundreds of contracts – wouldn’t it be powerful to track every expiring contract automatically? This is the essence of business intelligence: collecting, processing, and making decisions based on data. Every data point brings new automation opportunities, but before diving in, we always start with one key question: What data do you have, and how can we access it? If you’re struggling to connect data across your organization, you might have an integration problem. Stay tuned for our next video, where we’ll discuss how to solve this issue. #BusinessIntelligence #DataAutomation #DigitalTransformation #ProcessAutomation #DataStrategy #ContractManagement #IntegrationSolutions

Business intelligence is where data automation and strategy meet.
I want to give you an example of how digitalizing a simple contract can open up a world of automation.
Let’s say you have a contract, and it’s in a PDF document. We can’t really do anything with it in its current form. What you actually want is to model this contract using the data it contains.
Now, imagine you have a hundred contracts where the customer’s contract is about to expire. You see how this goes? Every data point you collect opens up a whole world of possibilities in terms of automation.
And this is business intelligence: When you can automatically collect, process, and start making decisions based on data.
In fact, whenever we start a project, data is always the first conversation:
- What data do you have?
- How is it stored?
- Can we access it?
You might be in a situation where you have data scattered all over your organization and can’t connect it. If that’s the case, you probably have an integration problem.
And we’re going to be talking about that in the next video.
